All crimp terminations are checked for post-crimp height conformance (as per mfg’s specs) and destructive pull test (as per UL/MIL)- up to 2000lbs!

All harness and cable assemblies are produced on electronic harness boards and checked with programmable ‘cable scanners’ for 100% electrical continuity and point-to-point verification.
